Hi I'm Dylan

I grew up in Washington State. I am a music writer, I am serving my mission in the West Virginia Charleston Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play the piano, sing, and write music. I plan on learning more about music production and taking sound engineering courses when I return home from my mission. In high school I performed in Acapella choir, Chamber choir, and several shows in our Productions Company. I love making people laugh and playing games with my friends and family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints because it makes me happy and it brings me peace. I was raised in the church, but became inactive shortly after I started High School. My decision made my family sad, but they still supported me and the decisions I made and consistently helped me feel loved. I became active in the church again when I started exploring the meaning of Eternal Families and the promises offered by our Heavenly Father if we live worthily. After becoming more active in the church again, I had the sudden desire to serve a mission and share the story of my reconversion and the power of the atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ with the world. I continue to follow this gospel as it consistently has kept me on a path of happiness and has given me new goals and purpose in life. I encourage you to act on any curiosities you have towards the church, and taking the opportunity to read the Book of Mormon and meet with the missionaries.

How I live my faith

Every week during our opening meeting I lead the music. I also help teach some of our classes and help with studying the history of our ancestors. I am currently learning more about researching my ancestors so I can better know them and serve them through my actions. I like to share my testimony when I can to others in the ward and I like participating in our Ward activities.
