Hi I'm Jarom

My name is Jarom; I like to sing and act, visit family, and be a mormon.

About Me

I am blessed to have family all over the place. A big part of my life has been living in Canada, but I have lived in Utah, South Dakota, Arizona, as well as three different places in Alberta, Canada. I love visiting my family all around. I am also an actor. I take full part in plays in my school and in my community. I work hard to plan Theatre events at my school, like Drama Club, plays, and theatre boot camp. I just graduated, and now am preparing to serve a full time mission. I can't wait to take this next step in my life, and hope I am able to be a good example to the friends and family that I am leaving behind.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love it, and it's true. Everything in and off the earth testifies of Jesus Christ. There is so much joy that comes from learning and living the gospel of Jesus Christ. The fullness of the gospel is on the earth right now, so I have a duty to live its teachings. I have gained a testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel by receiving a witness from the Holy Ghost. I have been extremely blessed to have been born in a Mormon family, so that I was able to decide for myself weather or not I would continue on this path. I know that it is the right way, and I love it.

How I live my faith

The group of boys in my ward are so great. I love to hang out with them at church, camp-outs, and other activities. A big part in my church living is striving to have unity with those boys and the others in my ward. I try to do this by going home teaching, visiting the members of the ward, and going to all the activities. Overall, I just make friends. On Sunday I learn from and teach the people in my classes. We learn about how to become our best selves, how to be kind, and how to gain unity with each other.
