Hi I'm Preston

I was born and raised in Utah. I am going to graduate high school in May 2017. I love to play basketball. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently a senior in high school. I love Basketball, and played on the high school team. I am preparing for a mission. I will leave in July 2017 and serve in Cebu Philippians. I love the outdoors and nature. I also love the sun, I could be in the sun all day and be happy.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church all my life. I have a lot of friends who have, but I have stayed in the church because of the experiences and feelings I have felt when I am participating in this gospel. As I and my friends have grown up in this church, some have strayed from the path and felt to make decisions not adequate with the church. As they have strayed from the church, I can see the difference between my life and theres. The biggest difference, is true joy. I know, that because I am in this church I am happiest I could possibly be. This is because of my choice to take upon a covenant each week (the sacrament) and in return I will have the spirit with me always. The spirit, helps me in everything I do. Especially with my understanding on my purpose here on earth. I am letting the spirit guide my life, and it has been the best decision of my life. Let him guide yours.

How I live my faith

I have just recently been ordained an Elder. I was serving in the Priest Presidency as a Second counselor before advancing. I attend church every week, and feel it is vital to make it every week. I participate in home teaching and elders quorum activities such as basketball and helping others in the ward move in or out. I am also living in faith by being inviting to others and showing respect when they are teaching a lesson.
