Hi I'm Dalton

I'm a Mormon from Utah

About Me

I love to hunt, fish, drive around on four wheelers, snowmobiles. I love the outdoors. I love to hike, and I love camping trips. In High school I was in the Jazz Band (third and first trombone). I was on the swim team where I saw my the 500 free, the 200 free, 200 I'M, and the 100 butterfly. I was in the Marching band as the Clarinet section leader. My senior year my I participated in an event called Dancing with the BR Stars. At home I am the Eldest of seven. I also love to play the piano. I like my music like I like my candy. I keep the sweet stuff and through away the "rapper". I am a sucker for politics. As well as Church and American History. I love to read and to write.

Why I am a Mormon

Why not. The blessings I receive on a daily basis are too much to count. I am also more happy because of it. Those that I see fall away from this area no longer as happy as they were when they believed in the gospel. If you are looking for true happiness this is the place to be

How I live my faith

By going to church each Sunday. I loved the seminary classes they offered at school. I had the opportunity to be in a play as one of the leading charactersupplier but I declined after I learned that the play was not appropriate for any school or family setting. Come July I will be leaving for a mission to Pennsylvania.

What is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' attitude regarding homosexuality and same sex marriage?

We believe that marriage is between a man and a woman. Marriage is ordained from God from since the beginning of time. However we do not believe in treating those who are gay horrible. We do not hate guys. They too are sons and daughters of Heavenly Father. I know a few guys and they are great people that are making a great living for themselves. However that doesn't mean that I approve of their decision to be gay. They are great people who have just made a wrong choice as we all have. They are no different from you and me. Everyone deserveshould to have respect no matter who they are. Show more Show less
