Hi I'm Sarah Walker

I am a music fanatic, singer and song writer. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 5 kids, and have loved growing up with them in Idaho. I have lived, loved, and breathed music since I was really young. Singing is what I enjoy the most. I love to write inspiring music, and have written 3 songs. I plan to write many more in the future. I am a college student at BYU Idaho, and I am studying Vocal Performance. Although music isn't my whole life. I enjoy adventure! I would love to travel more in my life time, and while I'm waiting exploring the outdoors of Idaho will do. I love 4 wheeling and being on the water. God created this beautiful world and I plan see it all.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the Church all of my life. My parents were tremendous examples to me in living the gospel, but eventually I had to gain a testimony for myself. I am a Mormon because I have felt the power of the Spirit testify to me that this church is true. I have applied and felt the divine power of the Atonement in my life, and know Christ died and suffered for my sins. I know Gods love for me, and for each of us is infinite. I know that Joseph Smith is a prophet of God, and saw Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. We have latter-day prophets and apostles on the Earth today that lead and guide this church. I know they speak the truth. I have days that drag my spirits down, but the Gospel of Jesus Christ gives me hope and helps me feel so much joy in my life.

How I live my faith

I have been called to serve as a missionary in the Oklahoma, Oklahoma City mission. I will leave my family for 18 months and dedicate my life to the Lord, and spreading his gospel to all of his children. Every individual deserves to hear the gospel, and feel of their saviors love for them. I am so excited to be a witness of Christ in this way, and have the blessing to wear his name on my heart.
