Hi I'm Francis

I grew up in Davao Philippines. I'm a Priesthood Holder. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm 20 years old, short guy with glasses, right now I'm preparing to serve my mission in Philippines Naga Mission which I will be send off in 42 days starting now. I'm a funny person...sometime I love to give jokes to make people happy haha.. and I love music and arts, I love it every time I play my guitar with my younger siblings, and I love durian fruit.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a Mormon since I was born.. and I got baptized when I was 8. As I grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints together with my family, the teachings of the Leaders of the Church about the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ helps me to continue in this life having trust and faith unto our Savior Jesus Christ, in every teachings, discussions and meetings about the Gospel I can always feel the presence of the Holy Ghost manifesting the truth upon me. I can feel it, I know it. as I strive to follow the teachings of the Church, and giving my best to obey the commandments of the Lord, I can see the good changes in my life and the blessings of heaven are pouring down. I can really tell that this church is the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I know it. I know that Heavenly Father lives and His Beloved Son Jesus Christ, I know that prophets are being called of God to lead His people to righteousness, and I know that Prophet Thomas S. Monson is the living Prophet in this dispensation, I know that through Prophet Joseph Smith the Gospel was restored and had seen the first vision. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I live my faith by obeying the commandments of which God had given us, and by magnifying my church calling as a young men leader. Being a leader isn't easy, but I didn't say it's hard... every time we're having a church activity, I feel like they're were my younger brothers (of course we're brothers and sister) what I mean is that I love them so much.

Why do Mormons believe in the Bible?

Official Church Answer The Holy Bible testifies of the divinity of Jesus Christ and has influenced and sustained millions of His followers. It is a collection of sacred writings containing God’s revelations and accounts of His dealings with His children in the Holy Land. The historical accounts in the Bible cover many centuries, from the time of Adam through the death of the Apostles. Likewise most of the books of the Bible were written by and about prophets who lived at various times in the history of the world. As you probably know, the Bible is divided into the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament contains sacred texts written prior to the birth of Christ. Many prophets in the Old Testament fortold the coming of a Savior and Redeemer (See Isaiah 7:14, 9:6, 53:3-7). The New Testament tells of the life of that Savior and Redeemer, who is Jesus Christ. It also tells of the establishment of His original Church. Show more Show less
