Hi I'm Pam Young

I live in Kanab, Utah. I'm a retired school teacher. I am Mom to six children. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a wife, with a great husband, and mother of six wonderful children, 17 grand children, and 7 great grand children. They are most important to me. I enjoy ATVing, camping, quilting, sewing and scrapbooking. I mostly love being with my family. I enjoy spending time with friends and as a couple, we do alot with friends. I graduated from BYU with Bachelor's degree in education and taught school for 18 years. I taught first grade all 18 years and loved my job.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints has been restored by The Prophet Joseph Smith, who translated the Book of Mormon which I also believe is true. I'm happy to be a member because I feel that joy and happiness will be a product of living its teachings. I love my Savior Jesus Christ and know that He lives and loves each one of us. I hope I can be all that Heavenly Father expects me to be.

How I live my faith

I love being a Mormon, and go regularly to church meetings. I believe Jesus Christ is my Savior and redeemer, and I feel it necessary to love and serve Him. I do this by serving others in callings in church, and also serving those who are not Mormons. I feel we are all brothers and sisters of Heavenly parents and we should love and serve one another. Our Heavenly Father loves all of His children and He expects us to take care of each other.
