Hi I'm Logan

I love basketball. I love designing things. I've been called to serve as a full time missionary in Mexico. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have lived in Utah my whole life and I love it! As a kid I played many sports, but basketball has stuck with me. In middle school, I took lots of classes to try to figure out what I wanted to do when I grew up, but it wasn't until I took a graphic design class in high school that I decided on one thing. Since I skipped a grade in elementary school, I graduated high school at a pretty young age. After graduation, I went to a couple years of college and worked at a movie theatre. I then realized that serving a mission is what is best for me in my life, and what my Father in Heaven wants me to do. My life definitely has not been easy, but I love it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a family of members of this church. I learned as I was young that this really is the true church and it has been restored from the same church that Jesus Christ established while He was on this earth. I chose to be baptized when I was eight years old, and to become a member of this church. Since then, I have learned much more. That knowledge has come from learning at church meetings on Sundays, taking seminary classes in school, attending the temple, or even just reading scriptures at home. I know that Joseph Smith saw God the Father and Jesus Christ, who told him that they would restore the true church through him. I know that the Book of Mormon is a true book and another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that we have prophets who are called of God to lead the people of this earth, and continue to receive revelation directly from Him for us. I know that the priesthood has been restored, and that it is the authority given to worthy males to act as God would. I know that Jesus Christ atoned for all of our sins, weaknesses, temptations, sicknesses and more. He did it because He has a perfect love for each of us. Because of this, we are able to be forgiven for our sins and become clean so we may return to live with our Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ again. I know that Christ was resurrected to allow us to be resurrected. He truly is the ultimate example that we should strive to be like in all ways. Even though I have struggled with things in my life, I have tried to keep these things near to my heart because I know that they are true and will bless my life if I always remember them.

How I live my faith

As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, my goal is to become like Christ. I do that by setting an example of living like He did and showing others that this is the way to true happiness. As a missionary, it is my calling to show others the joy and peace that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings to individuals and their families. I do this by living the way that Christ and our Father have asked us to live and inviting others to do the same.
