Hi I'm Tim

I'm from Utah. I fought cancer and have one leg. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to do anything outdoors. Hiking, mountain biking, camping, four wheeler riding, snow skiing, boating, wake boarding, water skiing, white water rafting, anything. I am a ballroom dancer and I love it. I'll be attending BYU for college. Some of my interests are engineering and mechanics. I had cancer a few years ago and as a result I lost a part of my left leg due to a surgery called rotation plasty but I don't let it slow me down. I love helping and serving others.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I've had many experiences where I've learned it's true. I love this church and gospel and the peace and love it brings. It really is the true church. I know it's true. Some experiences I've had as a result from cancer and some were after. I know that Christ loves me and all of Heavenly Father's children. There is a way to return to live with Heavenly Father and it is through Christ and His atonement. I'm so grateful for His sacrifice. The scriptures and their teachings are true and I love the messages they deliver and the peace, comfort, and guidance they bring.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by the day to day activities I do and some of the callings I have. I try to be kind to all those around me and show love and compassion for them. I was on seminary council helping those in seminary classes come closer to Christ and His love and gospel. I try to keep away from the things of the world that are negative and bad and instead try to constantly be around good things like good friends or places.
