Hi I'm Eliza

I studied at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I have been called to serve in the Arizona Phoenix Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music, being crafty, and most of all being social. I am a sister to two little sisters and one big brother and a daughter to two loving parents. After graduating from high school in Meridian, Idaho I was accepted to study at Brigham Young University-Idaho. I was a freshman mentor and tour guide during my 2nd year at school. I deferred from BYU-I after my 3rd semester to serve a mission. In March of this year I was called to serve in the Arizona Phoenix mission and I report this May.

Why I am a Mormon

The easy way to answer this question would be to say that I was born into the church and I've been a Mormon, by default, for my whole life. When I was 8 years old I was baptized and received the gift of the Holy Ghost. As I grew up I attended Young Womens and received my medallion when I was 17. I went to Seminary at my high school all four years and graduated as a senior. After going to college I saw how the church is different in other people life and how my testimony only got stronger by meeting others who had different childhoods than mine. The way that I personally have chosen to live and follow His gospel is what pushes me towards the decision to now serve a mission.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in every aspect of my life. I participate in my community and my ward by cultivating my faith through others lives. When I was young I served in various Young Women callings such as president, counselor, secretary, and youth camp leader. Once in college I served as a Social Media director, Ward missionary, gospel doctrine teacher, and family home evening leader.
