Hi I'm Josh T

I was born in the USA. Going to the South African mission will be my first experience out of the country. I am a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Josh. I love getting to know new people and hearing their stories. I love to play Soccer and video games. I like hitting my speed bag at home and shooting my bow & arrow every once and a while. I am the youngest of 5 with my parents divorced. I'm planning on going to college after my mission. I have become an Eagle Scout after much delay but persistent effort when the deadline crept up. I love riddles and deep thought questions to challenge my mind.

Why I am a Mormon

Like many people would say, I don't know where I'd be without the LDS church. I truly believe I don't think I would be as good of a gentlemen or respectable figure to strangers if I didn't see my church members show me the way. The gospel has taught me ways to be a good person that many would agree on even if they were not in the same faith. It gives me confirmation that what I am learning and behaving like is the correct path to eternal life and happiness. I'm grateful to know what lays ahead of me when I pass away and what my potential can become as long as I have faith in God.

How I live my faith

I have had numerous leadership positions in my ward which has helped me bond with the youth and my peers. I go home teaching with my elder companion to houses with much needs and great stories. I involve myself with combined mutual activities to let the youngsters know what to be like when they grow up and become leaders themselves.
