Hi I'm Trevor Gardner

I love summer outdoor sports, I'm an Eagle Scout and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to be athletic and to be outdoors. Some of the sports I enjoy are baseball, basketball, slope style, mountain biking, shooting and fishing.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know it is the only way to get back to our Father in Heaven. I know that through Jesus Christ and His Atonement we can be forgiven of our sins. I know that The Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ and that it contains the fullness of His gospel. I know that the Book of Mormon is true because I have asked The Lord to know if it was true and I have received that witness of it's truthfulness. I know that Joseph Smith is The Lord's chosen prophet to restore His gospel on the earth once again. I know that we have a living prophets apostles on the earth again today. I know these things are true and so can you just do as James 1:5 directs, ask of God.

How I live my faith

In our church we believe in being anxiously engaged in a good cause. I live my faith by studying the scriptures and applying what I have learned from them. Christ taught that we should serve others. The way my family does this is by visiting the elderly in a nursing home and by serving at the Bishop Storehouse. The Bishop Storehouse is a place where people can go, in times of need, to receive help with food and other supplies. While there we stock shelves to replenish the food, we help people gather their supplies, and we help clean the storehouse. Our family serves in the Temples of The Lord. There we do proxy ordinances for our ancestors who have passed on.
