Hi I'm Marc John

I grew up in the Philippines. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I'm Latter-day Saint. I'm starting to explore things like phothography, playing guitar and piano. I love to dance and perform. I always love to read the scriptures (The Holy Bible, The Book of Mormon, etc.) I've been playing sports such as badminton, table tennis and basketball. I'm a former member in a dance organization and company both in our school and in our city. I've been actively participating and performing in different events. I participate also in community service and church activities. I am going on a Mission and am really excited to serve the Lord and bring people unto Christ. I'm halfway a missionary.

Why I am a Mormon

I was 13 when I was taught about the Gospel and the Church of Jesus Christ. At my young age I had experienced different feelings when I started to read the Book of Mormon, attending church, and prayed about it. Ever since I always look up on how good my eldest brother is, when he's been already a member of the church and did also serve as a missionary. At that time I did continue to learn about the church and listen to the missionaries and eventually I did build up my faith and been baptized and become a member of "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints", I did proved to myself that this was the church did Jesus Christ established and organized when He came on earth by asking in faith through a sincere prayer truly the Holy Ghost did confirm the truth of this things and I also believe that it is through a prophet called "Joseph Smith" the true church was restored and that the "Book of Mormon" as does the Holy Bible is also a word of God. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves us so much that they still call a prophet until this day and that living prophet is Thomas S. Monson. I am so much thankful for the plan of our Heavenly Father for us, that families can be eternal and that through the Atonement of Jesus Christ all of us can be saved returned to Him by obedience to the commandments of God and strive to do what we can. That's why I am a mormon.

How I live my faith

I do follow the Savior Jesus Christ through different kinds of service. By attending and participating in church every Sunday, reading the scriptures or Holy books, learning from our teachers and leaders as well as teaching others the Gospel of Jesus Christ particularly the youth and visitors. I use to assist the youth and plan out activities to help them develop their talents, skills and personalities which leads to strengthen their testimony and faith about the Gospel and in the Lord Jesus Christ. I volunteer to help organize events to reach out for others, through visiting the sick, feeding street people and also sharing the Gospel for them to make them feel the love of our Heavenly Father. I apply my Faith by doing good and showing love to others. As of now I am preparing to serve as a full time missionary of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
