Hi I'm Bo

I grew up in Texas. I was a three sport athlete and an Eagle Scout. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in the bottom end of a large family, in both senses of the word. I have many brothers and sisters, and we all loved sports. I grew up on basketball and football with a competitive nature instilled in me. We were always involved in Boy Scouts and many of my brothers have earned the Eagle Scout award. Three of my brothers have served in the military, and patriotism runs deep within us. We care immensely for service and take opportunities as we get them. I hope to serve my country after returning from a full-time mission. I love watching college football and basketball, and cheer adamantly for BYU or any Texan team. I have always been a bit of a nerd and love to watch little science documentaries to satisfy my hunger for knowledge. Lastly, I work very hard in my daily doings because that's how I was raised.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I find joy and truth in the teachings therein. The Book of Mormon is true and there is a living Prophet on the Earth to guide us today. I believe this because of the I have felt that it is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in the community, fulfilling my calling in church, and working to be better each day. Our ward does many service projects throughout the community for local organizations. I work to help in these projects and see the joy afterwards. I work to help out the local missionaries in their lessons and with questions those interested in the church might have. Lastly, I strive to apply the principles that Christ taught into my life so that I may better myself.
