Hi I'm Erik

I'm a convert to the Church, and now I'm preparing to serve a full-time mission.

About Me

I was converted to the Church when i was 13. I was the first to get baptised in my family, then came my mom, sister, and brother. My friends and I are now preparing to serve full-time missions. I love to draw and play guitar.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because i feel this is the true church of our Lord and Savior. I grew up a Catholic, i never really felt comfortable in that church. I haven't had much interest in that church growing up. After the missionaries found me and my family, past experience of any church made me avoid them and not want to listen. I'm very grateful they didn't give up on me and my family. I finally attended a sacrament meeting and found old friends from grade school, which helped a lot in me joining the church. from there I've never looked back or wanted to leave. I've found peace, felt like i belonged, it felt like home.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church regularly and go visit less active people in my ward. I've also gone out with the missionaries, a lot actually, which also made me want to serve a mission. those experiences were amazing! We've helped so many members and non-members of our faith. I've also gained a lot of a knowledge that i could use during my mission.
