Hi I'm Caitlyn

I grew up in North Carolina. I graduated from BYU-Hawaii with an associates degree. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am in a family with six children, five girls and one boy and I have a twin. We all love playing sports and we are all very competitive. My favorite sport to play is volleyball, but I also played softball, basketball, soccer and I did swimming. I just love hiking and being active. I went to school at Brigham Young University in Hawaii and received my associates in Intercultural studies. I have been called to serve as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints and I will be serving in the Philippines Legazpi Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I know for myself that the Church is Jesus Christs full church here on earth. I have read the Book of Mormon myself and the Holy Ghost testified to me of the truthfulness of the book and this gospel. I am Mormon because it gives my strength and hope to get through this life. I now know my purpose and I know that I have a loving Heavenly Father in Heaven who just wants me to return to live with him again.

How I live my faith

I strive to live everyday in my faith by reading the scriptures every night and every morning, I also strive to become more like Christ everyday. In my church though, every Sunday I teach children ages four to seven about the teaching of Christ when he was here on earth. Starting in December 2016, I will be a full-time missionary called by the church to serve Heavenly Fathers children in the Philippines.
