Hi I'm Ashley

I'm an adventurer, an Idahoan, and a lover of chocolate.

About Me

I currently reside in Utah as I go to school, but my true home is in Idaho. Going to school takes up most of my time, but the rest is dedicated to playing the piano, reading, and talking to my family. My family means everything to me. I am the youngest of six children. I am also the aunt to four nephews and one niece. Those little kids bring me so much joy, and being an aunt is one of my best callings in life. I love to travel, see new things, and try new foods. I was lucky enough to go on a service trip to Fiji. This trip made me want to travel and serve others that much more.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is one of my greatest blessings. I was born into the Church, and both of my parents are devote members. Growing up in a gospel centered home has strengthen my testimony of the truthfulness of Christ's church. I know that I am a Child of a loving Heavenly Father. He created this earth for all of us to enjoy life and be happy. Being a Mormon brings me so much joy and happiness.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith similar to how Jesus Christ lived his life. He devoted his life to serving others and being an example to everyone he encountered. I am grateful for all the opportunities that I have had to serve. Music is an essential. Since I play the piano, I have been able to accompany choirs, play the organ for the opening and closing songs, and play for the children in Sunday school, or Primary. I have also tried to be an example to those around me. In our youth groups, I was able to serve others, and be a leader that they could come to. All these opportunities have strengthened my relationship with Jesus Christ.
