Hi I'm Maddi Nelson

I grew up in Idaho and have lived in Alaska. I love to travel. I suffer from a chronic pain disorder. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up in Idaho and I love everything outdoors. I love to hike, camp, hunt, fish, kayak, and just about everything outdoors. I love take nature photos, and I love to capture the beauty of the moment. I love to travel and take every opportunity I have to go somewhere new.

Why I am a Mormon

When I was younger, I began to experience some major medical problems. I didn't understand why I was experiencing so much pain. I was angry. However, I came to realize that Jesus Christ had suffered for me so that I would never be alone in my trials. As I began to turn to the Savior, I began to feel my pain lessened. I now know that it is through our trials, that we are strengthened and develop a deeper relationship with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. As I develop my testimony and try to become more like Christ, I know that I am blessed and that I will continually be helped through my trials. I love this Gospel, and I am so grateful for the strength it has given me in my life.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving others, and helping and encouraging others. I love to serve, because Christ was always serving. By doing the small and simple things everyday, I try to strengthen myself and help others in time of need.
