Hi I'm Preston

I was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. I enjoy art and computers. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy art and design, programming, bowling, and spending time with family! I plan on attending 4 years of college after I serve a full-time LDS Mission. I have two younger sisters. We take family vacations to Canada and the beaches of California and Oregon.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a religious family who are active LDS members. When I was eight years old, I had the opportunity and chose to get baptized. I have been blessed to receive the Aaronic Priesthood and the Melchizedek Priesthood, and have had many opportunities to bless the lives of others through this priesthood power. I have read the Bible and the Book of Mormon all the way through, and have continued to learn the more I read. I have attended Seminary for four years, and plan to attend Institute in college to expand my knowledge of the gospel even further. I am choosing to serve a mission so that I can bless the lives of others and share the message and teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true, and I know Joseph Smith is a true Prophet of God. I know that we have a Prophet on this earth today: Thomas S. Monson, who receives revelation and guides the church and its members. I know that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ, and that it works with the Bible hand-in-hand to teach of Jesus Christ and His Gospel.

How I live my faith

Since I have been 12, I have had callings and opportunities to serve. I have taught lessons, provided the sacrament to the elderly who are not able to make it to church. I most recently have served in a leadership position over the young men.
