Hi I'm Tyler Colson

I'm from the great city of Grantsville, Utah. I love basketball and tennis. I'm on my mission in Richmond, Virginia. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from a small town called Grantsville, Utah. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister and I am currently serving a mission in Richmond, Virginia. I love anything and everything to do with sports. I enjoy hiking, fishing, four wheeler rides, and just about anything in the outdoors. I attended Dixie State University for a year before my mission, although I loved Dixie State, I am planning on attending BYU when I get home. I plan on pursuing a career in the educational field. Fact: Country music is the greatest genre of music. (Behind Church music of course)

Why I am a Mormon

I was lucky enough to grow up in this Church and had amazing parents who raised me in a home with high standards aligned with the Gospels standards. This church brings me joy and happiness that can come from no where else. I have just known my entire life it is true because I have seen the blessings that come with it and how it, alone, can completely change a person. I am a Mormon because I believe in Christ and I know this is His church here again on the Earth restored by the Prophet Joseph Smith.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving each day, to be more like my Savior Jesus Christ. He is the perfect example and the foundation of everything this great Church does. As a missionary, I show my faith through my obedience to His commandments and rules he has made. By waking up each morning with a smile on my face ready to go and do His work.
