Hi I'm Lacey

I grew up in the Salt Lake Valley. I love to run. I love people. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the youngest in a small family that loves to travel. My favorite place to be is outside. I love trying and learning new things. I'm going to college to study business.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that my Heavenly Father loves me. He loves all of us, unconditionally. I know that He has a plan for me and for each and every one His children, and He wants us back. Heavenly Father wants all of His children to return to live with Him again someday. Because He loves us, He sent His only Begotten Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ to atone for our sins, so that we may return on the path back to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. Jesus Christ lived a perfect and righteous life to show unto us an example of the strait and narrow path back to our Father in Heaven. In Gethsemane, Christ paid the ultimate price. And He did it for us. He suffered for you. He suffered for me. He did for us what no mortal could do-and what we couldn't do for ourselves. He offered Himself as a sacrifice so, despite our shortcomings, weaknesses, sins, and mistakes, we can repent and be forgiven. He felt the weight of our burdens. He felt the depth of our despair, all of our sorrows and our grief. He felt it too. He did it because He loves us. He loves us more than we can even comprehend. He felt all we have felt, are feeling, all that we will ever feel, and He sunk lower than we will ever have to. Our Savior, Jesus Christ, did this so that we would never have to be alone. He knows us so personally and so completely. I know that can comfort and heal us of all that is weighing us down and holding us back. I know this church is true. I know that it changes lives and transforms individuals for the better. I am grateful to know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ love me and are mindful of me. I am eternally grateful for this gospel in my life and the joy and countless blessings that have come from it.

How I live my faith

I invite others to come unto Christ as I strive to become more like Him.
