Hi I'm Chloe Vincent

I grew up in Boulder. I love service. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a college student who loves service. My plan is to go into some type of major in Public Health and a minor in International Development. That way I can travel to different countries and help them with health. I was an avid competitive swimmer, and still try to swim in the spare time that I have. I have a twin sister, an older sister, and a younger brother. Family is very important to me, and I'm so incredibly grateful for the church in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I have a loving family who are active members, and that is how I grew up. But there came a time when I had to understand for myself why I was going to Church, what my testimony was, and, in short, if I truly believed in this gospel. While I was living in Colorado, throughout middle school, and especially high school, I had to understand why I had to make certain decisions about what things I would do and who I would be. This helped me to be strong in the Church. Over this time, I developed a testimony on why we do the things we do, and why they're there, which is to keep us safe. I also developed and strengthen my testimony till this day through serving others. I love this gospel and cannot imagine my life without it. It has provided me a way to escape from the things I do wrong, and the gospel has guided me in the decisions I have made in my life. It has brought me such great joy and accomplishments and so many blessings. I am so incredibly grateful for the way it has influenced my life.

How I live my faith

I teach girls my age in church once a month, and am so grateful for that opportunity. I serve in the community as much as I can, because I truly believe that serving others is one of the best ways to love them. I serve through my opportunity to teach. I serve through helping the girls in my dorm and by being a friend. I serve by smiling to other people as I pass them. I serve as much as possible in all areas of my life.
