Hi I'm Danielle

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. I am working on becoming a librarian. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have been in the church my whole life. My mom's side of the family has a long history within the church. Although I have been in the church my whole life, my true conversion came while I was in college. I was getting tested for cancer and my life seemed to be falling apart. It was not until the results came in with a negative that I truly felt and understood there was more to my life than just my medical condition. I got my patriarchal blessing which called me to serve a full time mission. The other blessings I received helped strengthened my faith in Heavenly Father's Plan. I am looking forward to serving a mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it gives me a purpose, not only in this mortal life, but in an eternal perspective as well. Knowing that I am a child of God and that my life does not just end on earth once I pass, helps to keep me in a state of hope.

How I live my faith

Right now I am a chair for FHE in my YSA ward. I help plan and delegate activities that help bring the single adults together in fellowship. We always start with a prayer and have a spiritual thought or devotional. This reminds us of the importance of keeping God in our thoughts, even when we are participating in fun activities.
