Hi I'm Sierra

I've been called to serve in the South Carolina Columbia mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

This week I report to the Provo Missionary Training Center before leaving for the South Carolina Columbia mission. Before preparing to go on a mission I started working toward a degree in biological engineering at Utah State University. I love my family, my dog, theatre, crafts, and learning.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I've grown up in the church, I've always valued learning things for myself. I attribute my personal conversion to prayer and scripture study. As I've learned the Lord's words and prayed to know if they were true I've received unmistakable answers that this church contains the fulness of the gospel. God truly does love and speak to each one of us. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help others come to understand God's love for them as I serve as a missionary.

How I live my faith

Most recently I've been able to live my faith by preparing to serve a mission. I currently serve as a ward missionary, meaning I have the opportunity to reach out to ward members who may not be very active in the ward, just to let them know that we love and miss them. I also have been able to work closely with the missionaries by joining them as they invite others to institute, teach lessons, and organize missionary efforts within the congregation.
