Hi I'm Leilyn Belanio

I grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My full name is Leilyn Alohalani Belanio. Known as "Lei" for short. My name has a big meaning to me. Leilyn comes from my both grandma's Leilani & Carolyn. The middle comes from a close friend of my mother's & my last name from a great man that touched my heart. My middle name means gift from heaven. I've been raised on a island & basically a island girl. I graduated from a High School of a thousand students but graduated from a Senior class of three hundred students known as Kealakehe.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, because I have been raised in a latter day saint family from day one. I am the fifth generation but I will be the first to serve a full time mission on my father's side and also my mother's side. Growing from this gospel is what I basically know and will grow more from. I love being Mormon and I will stand strong with it.

How I live my faith

The ways I live by my faith is based on daily scripture study, family ninety day reading of the book of Mormon, family prayers morning and night, personal prayers, family home evening, reading spiritual uplifting words from our prophet/apostles, service projects, going to the temple weekly, also working on family history.
