Hi I'm Rachel

I was born in South Carolina. I grew up in Utah. I'm a swimmer and Lifeguard. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a swimmer. I am a writer, I love to read and to tell stories and to daydream, which I spend most of my time daydreaming. I grew up in a big family, Middle child. I love to laugh and to smile. I am very clumsy, but I have never broken a bone. I'm quiet when you first meet me, but once I'm comfortable, I let lose all my weirdness, which there is a lot.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Mormon church, but I stayed because of my faith. I believe in this gospel and I know it is true. It has helped me through some very tough times in my life. I believe that our Heavenly Father is always there and loves each of us, for he has confirmed that to me many times over. I believe in the power of prayer and how helpful and comforting it is and how he does listen when we kneel down and bow our heads and lay out our hearts before him, for he has answered many of my prayers and has been there to help me whenever I have asked with a humble heart and with true intent.

How I live my faith

Growing up I was part of the presidencies that were over the age groups of my fellow youth in my community. At girls camp I was Youth Camp Leader for three years. I help out wherever I'm needed.
