Hi I'm Hermana Jessica Taggart

I grew up in Idaho. I love adventure. I speak Spanish. I wear a black name tag. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up as a Mormon in the most awesome family ever! With a loving mom and dad, a brother, and three sisters. I grew up in the beautiful Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers. I love to read and write and draw and I'm also an amateur painter, and a savage foursquare player. I've been playing the trumpet for 7 years, and hope to continue into college. While at college, I hope to study whatever I can finally make my mind up on cause I want to do everything. I'm currently serving in the Fort Worth Texas mission speaking Spanish! It was a surprise to me too! But it's been a huge blessing and its been awesome so far! And now I can speak three languages so 👍

Why I am a Mormon

This is simple. I love it and I know His gospel to be true. Everything I have is because of Him, and I hope to be able to share His love to those I meet and teach.

How I live my faith

I was recently called to serve as a missionary in the Texas Fort Worth Spanish speaking mission. I arrived at the MTC on December 14, 2016, and have been spiritually nourished every day that I've been here. My purpose as a missionary is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through Faith in Jesus Christ and his Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end. As I learn in the MTC, and then go into the field in Texas, I hope to share the love that our Heavenly Father has for his children, and share my testimony that Christ lives and died for us so that we can return to Him one day.
