Hi I'm Jonathan

I grew up all around the United States. I love dragons. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up traveling from place to place. I enjoy talking to people more than anything. I love to make people happy and just talk to them. That is my joy in life. I used to Manage a sonic where I live. I love dragons more than almost anything. I can tell you anything about them.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to a mother who was Mormon and a father who was not. My dad is an alcoholic drug addict who is in and out of jail. Our family stayed together until we moved to Nevada. My mother had a great Job there but then to be close to our family we moved to St. George, Utah. My mother found drugs in my dads stuff so he got arrested and she divorced him. Later my mother married a man who abused and beat me and my siblings. My mom found out 3 years later and divorce him as well. She then met a man who was trying to live off her labors. She didn't realize that so she married him. She divorced him later and then remarried him. My brother had had enough so he moved back to Texas to live with my older brother and father. I stuck with my mother but had a lot of anger in me. I began to do foolish and hurtful things, Even to the point that I got arrested. While I was in Juvenile detention, A bishop from my area I had never met came to visit me. He would come every day and talk and teach me. He was so kind he even took me in when I got out. I grew and bonded with him and his family of 4 daughters and a young son. I began to go to church with him eventually and grew on the people there. They became the family I always wanted. Then after I had labored diligently I saw a light in people and in myself beginning to grow. I recognized what I believed and began to have a great and powerful joy. I realized I wanted this for all my family that they might be saved and feel loved. I began to teach them and still do to this day. Soon I will go on a mission and teach it to my brothers and sisters here on earth. Because I want nothing more than for them to enjoy the blessings that I have been given.

How I live my faith

I labor diligently to help serve the members of my community. I love all my neighbors and frequently bake them cookies. I enjoy visiting all of them and they all know me by name. They love to see me walk (I walk everywhere). I frequently do a lot of hard labor to put a smile on anyone I cans face. I chop trees, battle with rose bushes, climb on roofs, move people, and even clean houses for my neighbors. They are my joy and I put all my effort into them.

What is faith?

Faith is something hoped for but not seen. Just as one may hope to improve their life, so is the power of the atonement. In order to have that atoning power upon you, you must act in faith. When Christ enacted miracles on earth he asked those who received if they had faith first. If you believe that Christ can heal you then he will heal you. Show more Show less
