Hi I'm Sean

I was born and raised in Kearns, Utah. I love basketball and people, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a family of 6; My sister is the oldest, then my 6'5'' brother, me, my little brother, and two loving parents. I have always been a part of the LDS faith or in other words, a "mormon". I love to play all kinds of sports! I love basketball, american football, tennis, and yes... ping pong! When I was 5 years old I was diagnosed with bicuspid aortic stenosis. This heart condition later limited my abilities to play the sports I loved and do the things that everyone else was doing. It eventually led up to two corrective open heart surgeries in high school. Now, living with a bio-mechanical heart valve (half metal and half cow) I am able to do all of the things that I love without restriction. Because of this, I will be serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in November of 2016.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love people just as God does. I have a testimony that God sent His son Jesus Christ to save the world. He knows how to help me get through my struggles and make it through my pains. I want to help others have the happiness that this gospel has given me.

How I live my faith

I'm almost 21 years old and I've been given the amazing opportunity to teach some of our amazing youth! Specifically our 15-18 year old's in Sunday school class every Sunday. I share this opportunity with my mom and dad. Teaching is one of my favorite things to do. It is a mixture of helping others feel loved, and helping both them and myself to learn more about this church and our savior Jesus Christ. I have been called to serve a mission for this amazing church and am currently preparing to by studying scriptures and doctrine, preparing myself financially and mentally, and doing all that is necessary to give our investigators the best experience possible with this church. I love everyone and want all to realize the love that our Father in Heaven has for them, as well as their savior Jesus Christ.
