Hi I'm Brianna Faith Wastlund

I'm a missionary, I love Jesus Christ, I think astronomy is pretty cool, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am serving in the Virginia Richmond Mission and love the people here with all of my heart. I grew up in Southern Utah and had the mountains and lakes as my playground. I have 3 younger siblings who are my best friends, hiking buddies, and gaming opponents. I love animals, clouds, and really good music. I'm also a believer that chocolate can fix most anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have felt the peace and joy that the Gospel has brought into my life. I was blessed to be born to a family who were already active members, but I have felt for myself that this is Christ's true church. I know that Joseph Smith was a man called by God to be a prophet, to restore lost truths, and to help build the Kingdom of God here on Earth. I have read the Book of Mormon and by doing so have come to know my Savior, Jesus Christ, and His pure and unconditional love for me. I am so grateful for the knowledge I have of His Atonement which has made it possible for me to repent and to be with my family forever. I know that a I am a child of God and I love my Heavenly Father very much. I know that He hears and answers every prayer and will be there for me every step of the way until I am with Him again. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I love to attend church where I am able to grow closer to my Heavenly Father as well as those in my ward. I attend institute and take many classes each semester where I am able to learn more about this wonderful gospel and strengthen my testimony. I love to go to the temple, either inside to participate in God's work, or outside on the temple grounds studying my scriptures. I strive to continually learn and grow in the gospel in order to grow closer to my Heavenly Father and our Savior, Jesus Christ.
