Hi I'm Victoria Nybo

I love laughing and life. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of 5 kids and I love my family more than anything. I love music. I'm a lot better at listening to it than creating it, but I am quite an accomplished kazoo-player. I am majoring in Dance and English Education. I also have a super sweet group of friends who have always been at my side. Life is super awesome, amigos.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon for many reasons. Beyond all of the logistics of the matter, how everything makes sense and fits together, I am happiest when I am following the standards and guidelines laid out for me by this restored gospel. I am at peace when I feel the spirit. The gospel is joyful and hopeful. I can't imagine where my life would be without it. I love this church. I have faith that heavenly father knows all of us personally and has a plan for each of us individually. I have faith that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of the Lord and through revelation restored his church to the world. I have faith that all prophets succeeding him have been called by God and have received revelation and guidance from him. I believe that through careful testimony and prayer we are able to receive this same kind of revelation and guidance. I believe that I will be with my family eternally, and for that I am forever grateful. D&C 6:36: "Look unto me in every thought; doubt not, fear not."

How I live my faith

I live my faith day by day. Focusing on inviting the gospel into everyday activities is how I enrich my life and extend it's potential to the fullest. I am currently serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Being on a mission has been one of the hardest, yet most rewarding things I have ever done in my life and I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to teach the Lord's children. It's really so incredible.
