Hi I'm Elder Price

I was born and raised in Texas. I played trombone in my high school band. I like to play video games and hang out with friends.

About Me

I grew up in Texas. I was in the marching band and was one of the best things I ever did in high school. I love to play video games. I like to hang out with my friends and play sports. Which sport doesn't matter too much as long as I having fun playing, even though I'm bad at most of them. I am going to BYU and plan on majoring in Accounting and getting into the MAC program. I love the LDS church and plan on going on a mission soon. The church means a lot to me and has impacted my life greatly and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon. Not because my parents are Mormon but because I choose to be everyday. My grandma was the first in my family line to be baptized into the church and I am so grateful that she did so. I have seen in my life the blessing of being in the LDS church. The gospel has helped me in so many ways. It has lifted me up when I was sad and enlightened me when I have been lost. It has helped me in my schooling to be a better student and has given me the chance to receive the excellent opportunity to go to BYU to expand my testimony and grow through the spirit there and prepare me for my mission. I know that through the gospel we can return to our Heavenly Father and achieve eternal happiness and that by following the words of the prophets we will be guided to the iron rod to the tree of life.

How I live my faith

I live my life by trying to become like Jesus Christ. I try my best to read my scriptures everyday and say my morning and evening prayers. I forget to do them sometimes but I'm getting better at it. I have a calling of being the Sacrament coordinator. This is where I set up the tables, clothes, and get the bread and water for sacrament before church starts. I also ask people to bless and pass the sacrament to the people at our meeting. I hope to do well in this calling and not disappoint the people in our meeting. In my hometeaching I want to help the people I'm assigned to and make sure that they are cared for.
