Hi I'm Shea Rockhill

I was born and raised in Salt Lake City. I leave on a mission to Boston on September 21, 2016. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18 years old and a brother to three younger sisters. I will be serving a mission in Boston, Massachusetts from 2016-2018. I graduated from Murray high school and when I come home will be attending a college which I have not decided yet. I am way into the game of golf and whenever I am busy that means I am probably hitting the sticks.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because of the happiness this gospel has brought me. Through it I find peace and help in times of dis pare or need. It all started a long time ago when my father was converted to the church and I was able to be sealed to him and my mother. Since then I have had multiple experiences that have shaped my life in this church. Serving a mission and wanting others to feel what I have felt I'd also another reason as to why I am Mormon. This allows me to help others come unto life and be a tool in his works. I also love knowing that I can be with my family forever and that is this not the end.

How I live my faith

In my community being a youth I get to give a lot of service. We will cut lawns and do yard work for the most part. In some of my free time I will go shopping for an older couple and do their yard work also. Sometimes during church we will have the opportunity to teach each other but for the most part we get to sit back and learn. My father and I will go home teaching once a month to not only check in with our families to see how they are doing but to also share a spiritual message with them.
