Hi I'm Dallin

I am a musician. I love new adventures. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music. Whether I'm singing or playing an instrument, I love the spirit it brings. I am really in to traveling. Seeing the world is one of my favorite things to do. The best part of that is getting to see what God has created. It is incredible! I love my family of 6. I am planning on going to Utah State University. And I am a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church. However, my family moved a ton. After a while, we started to become inactive. After my parents' divorce, we finally settled down. When I got into 9th grade I decided to enroll in seminary. During that year something changed. I realized what I had been missing and by the time 9th grade was over, I was attending church! I made a promise to myself and The Lord that I would serve a mission when the time came. I wanted to share the happiness that I had found. Since then I graduated seminary and have started institute. I will also be serving a mission in a few months and I couldn't be more excited. I am overjoyed at the thought of teaching others to come unto Christ. No matter what we face in our lives, no matter the trials we face, Jesus Christ is there for us. He loves each and every one of us more than we can even comprehend. I testify that that is true!

How I live my faith

Reading the scriptures is extremely enjoyable to me. I love seeing all of the stories in my mind and knowing that they're true. Institute is so fun. I find it so fun to learn of the gospel. I am a home teacher in my ward and I occasionally get to share a message with our families. It's neat to see how others' faces light up at the gospel stories taught and discussed.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Dallin
The atonement of Jesus Christ is for us. It allows us to repent and come unto Christ to become clean. When Christ performed the atonement, he not only felt the weight of our sins, but he felt everything. He suffered for all of our sins yes, but he also felt every emotion we have, or will feel. Because of that, he knows how we feel and how to help each and every one of us personally because he knows exactly what we are going through. Show more Show less
