Hi I'm Alex

I grew up in Pennsylvania. I love doing community service. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated High School and will be serving a mission. I plan to attend college after my mission, though I do not know what career to pursue yet. I enjoy playing almost every sports and taking creative photos. I am also an Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because this was the only church where I felt a confirmation through the holy ghost that it was true. I was an investigator for many other churches, but they didn't seem right. I eventually despised the topic of church and religion after my poor experiences with the other churches. My family and I were first invited to a Ward Christmas party by my uncle who was the Bishop at the time. Missionaries soon came my home and eventually we were baptized. I am proud to call myself a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints because I know that this church is true. The holy ghost has testified it to me and I cannot deny it.

How I live my faith

At my ward, I occasionally teach youth, and often bless the sacrament every Sunday for Sacrament meeting. I have the calling of Ward Missionary, and I also participate in scouting.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Mormons believe that families are a central part of Heavenly Father's Plan of Salvation. Unity in the family is very important because they can be a great influence on others and those within the family. Mormons believe the family should be a safe zone where we can receive love and support in our lives. A team in the game of life. Show more Show less
