Hi I'm Natalie Andrus

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. At age 8 I was baptized but I was converted in my teenage years.

About Me

I grew up in Battle Ground, Washington. This small town was my home until my family moved to Heath Texas when I was 17. Four months after our move, I was accepted into Brigham Young University. This is where I am today and I love the campus and my learning experience.

Why I am a Mormon

Belief, for me, is based off of personal experience. I grew up in a home where my parents always treated me as an equal. They didn't "brainwash" me into their beliefs but instead they informed me of theirs and then challenged me to learn for myself if they were true. My answers did not come immediately for me, I had to be patient and open to learning experiences but it paid off. I am a Mormon because I asked questions and received strong and convincing answers.

How I live my faith

Everyday I have to make the decision to live my faith. When I wake up, I make the decision to pray; as I go about my day, I try to remember that I represent my Savior in every aspect of my life. When the day is over I study my scriptures and ponder on how I did that day. I believe that my day is directly affected by my commitment to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
