Hi I'm Annie LeFevre

I'm a college student. I play the piano. I love the beach. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a student at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I have amazing parents. In my family I am surrounded by boys; I have three older brothers and two younger brothers. I competed in dance in high school as well as served in student body positions. I love to be anywhere warm, preferably the beach or lake. I have been playing the piano for almost 13 years. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my friends and family, those who are most important to me. I was recently called to serve in the Virginia Richmond Mission for 18 months.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the LDS church but I have been able to come to my own understanding of the truthfulness of this gospel. There are so many blessings that come with this church, but the greatest blessing is the happiness I have been able to get as I keep the commandments and I follow Jesus Christ. Another blessing has been to see the comforting power of the priesthood in many situations. As I am able to feel the spirit, I get reassurance that this is the true church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to be the best example of Christ as I can be. I try to be optimistic and happy and look for the good in people. I try my best to do what is right and to overcome temptation. As I prepare to serve my mission, I am studying the gospel more deeply to gain an even greater understanding so that I may share what I know with others.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Annie LeFevre
Family is central to our creators plan. The divine role of a mother and father is care for, nurture, and provide for the family. As we are raised in this environment we are able to learn and grow from experiences that we have with our family. There are ups and downs but the close relationships are the most important part and bring us the most happiness in the long run. It is our choice on whether or not we will try to get along and to love our family. With the Plan of Salvation (happiness) we are able to have the knowledge that after we die, we will be reunited with our families in heaven for eternity. Show more Show less
