Hi I'm Christian

I grew up in Orange County CA. I was active in marching band and drumline. I'm an Eagle Scout and a missionary for the LDS church.

About Me

Growing up, my family moved often. I was born in Oklahoma, we moved to Texas, then Pennsylvania, then California where I spent the greatest amount of time, then finally back to Oklahoma. In California, I marched in the high school marching band, winning several major championships. I also participated in my high school drumline where we competed on an international level. I really enjoy being involved in music. My senior year I was recruited to play for the local university drumline for sporting events. After graduation, I was asked to return as a drum coach during marching season. I played soccer growing up. I recently earned my Eagle Scout Rank, an accomplishment that I am very excited about and proud of. I am currently getting ready to serve as a full-time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. After my mission I plan to attend a 4-year university.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a member of the LDS church. My parents have taught me from a young age to follow Christ and to seek answers in prayer. It wasn't until I was in high school and early morning seminary that I read the Book of Mormon gained my own testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel. This is one reason I chose to serve a mission.

How I live my faith

Currently, I teach the Gospel Essentials class in my ward. I regularly go home teaching, which is fun because I get to know other people in the ward. I have also been active in the scouting program at church. I recently became an Eagle Scout and I look forward to helping the other scouts, including my younger brothers reach the same rank.
