Hi I'm Michael Bigley

I was born in a military hospital in Tacoma, Washington. I grew up in southern California, and am definitely a west coaster

About Me

I'm a professional goofball in my leisure moments. I'm outdoorsy, and love to Swim, Surf, Sail, go Bicycle riding, and Archery. At the same time I like to be lazy and stay indoors. My preferences change on a whim. Aside from that, the only other thing to know about me is that I smile and giggle a lot. Perhaps too much.

Why I am a Mormon

I've attended other Christian churches, Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist and so on. And it's not that any of them are necessarily wrong, or that they're preaching anything bad, or that the people there weren't awesome (they were!). It's that I've never felt hope for myself, my family, and my friends in their churches as I have in LDS denominations. It's not that other churches are bad, it's that I was brought up Mormon, and I'm so glad that I was!

How I live my faith

My faith is very precious to me. There have been times where it wasn't strong, or always there, but I've always come back to it because of what I know. There are things that I have felt that I cannot deny, and to do so would be lying to myself. I have felt the love of Heavenly father, and I strive to feel it whenever and wherever possible.
