Hi I'm Josh

I'm from Billings, Montana. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Josh, and I'm a regular person. I grew up here in Montana with my mom, dad, and little sister. I like movies, Netflix, and any other average geeky stuff. I'll be attending BYU in Provo after my mission to Honduras. I love spending time with my family - doing things like playing games, going on road trips, or just hanging out. I also played the saxophone in my high school band and jazz band. I have no idea what I want to study in college or what my career path should be, but I'll figure that out when I get there.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Mormon church, and I am so glad that I was. I'm a Mormon because I can't even imagine what it would be like to not have the Gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. I love prayer, feeling the Spirit, reading the scriptures, and I love how I can repent and be clean from my sins again. I have all of the questions of the soul answered - I know where I came from, I know why I'm here, and I know where I'm going and what I'll be doing when I die. When I don't live up to how the Lord wants me to live, I feel empty. I don't like that empty feeling. The Mormon church always leaves me feeling like my life is fulfilled.

How I live my faith

As a youth, I would always participate in the young men's youth group, which included doing service projects, helping run the church meetings, participating in the Boy Scouts of America, and just having a good time. I've also played the organ and piano for different meetings, but I don't do that any more. No matter where I'm at in the church, I am always on call to help with service activities, which keeps m busy and is a good time.
