Hi I'm Robert Cherrington

I grew up in Saudi Arabia. I'm preparing to serve a mission, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Some of my hobbies include swimming, playing the trombone, and traveling the world. I grew up in the Middle East with my family and attended an international school. I enjoyed learning the Arabic language and living overseas, and I am currently studying economics at University in the United States.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the LDS Church because I know that the Book of Mormon is a true testament of Jesus Christ. Many times in my life I've felt the Spirit in my heart, testifying to me of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon, and of how much my Heavenly Father loves me. He has established this work among His children, so that we can help as many as possible to return and live with Him once again. I'm a Mormon because I want to be part of that work.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my every day choices and actions. In a more formal sense, I have been called and now serve as an Executive Secretary. Mostly I work with the leadership of my local church, and help organize schedules and agendas for our meetings. I love the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the incredible joy it brings me and my family in this life. I try to live my faith by exemplifying His teachings and doing as the Savior would have me do.
