Hi I'm Ethan Poulton

I grew up in Southern Utah. I am searving an LDS mission in Lima, Peru from November 2016 until November 2018. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young adult living in Southern Utah. I grew up in Northern California until the age of 10, then moved to Utah. I have been raised in the gospel my whole life. I am searving a mission in the Lima, Peru South mission for two years starting in November of 2017. After my mission I am to attend Southern Utah University. I enjoy fly-fishing, hunting, hiking, working out, music, movies, and anything outdoors. I was the goalkeeper and captain for my high school soccer team, and was a part of two state championships. I love the gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I have chosen to be a member of the church because I believe without a shadow of doubt that this church is true. Although I was raised in the gospel, I decided to seak my own understanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ. I went to many churches the summer before my senior year of high school to find out for myself if the church was true. After much searching, and undeniable feelings that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church on this Earth, I chose to remain a member of the church. I made a commitment to serve a mission, and will be doing so shortly. I love this gospel, and all that it has done for me.

How I live my faith

I have decided to searve a mission and leave November 15 for the Lima, Peru South Mission. I am currently searving as assistant to the stake president for our stakes missionary preparation program.
