Hi I'm Michael

I grew up in Boise, Idaho and in Pleasanton, California. I love sports and my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born in Boise, Idaho and later moved to Pleasanton, California. I have two older brothers who served wonderful missions. I love to be outside and be playing sports, any sports. I love to play volleyball, basketball, and football in particular. I also enjoy playing my guitar and ukulele, and every once in a while my violin. I'm excited to go serve my own mission in New Zealand. When I get back, I plan on heading off to school.

Why I am a Mormon

There are many reasons why I am a member of this church. The church stands for what is right. My own values encourage me to be the best I can, to help others, and to make the world better. This church helps me with all of that. However, most importantly, I am a member of this church because of the testimony I have of it. I have received my own humble witness that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that Joseph Smith translated it by the power of God. I know that our current prophet, Thomas S. Monson guides us and receives relations to help us in our time. I have felt our Heavenly Father's love in my life. I always want to feel that love, and I feel it most often when I am obedient to His teachings.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by acting and doing. I try to be an example to those around me. I remember that God loves all of his children. I am kind to all those around me even when they are not kind with me. I also home teach with my father, where we go to families and meet with them. WE teach a short message and always do whatever to help them out in life. I also live my faith be serving God. I am going on a mission to teach people the Gospel.
