Hi I'm Shae

I'm from Utah. I'm called to serve a mission in New Jersey. I believe in miracles. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love reading and playing the ukulele. I am the oldest child in my family. I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I love being active and participating in activities like running, hiking, & rock climbing. I especially enjoy eating healthy, and love to try new foods. I am diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Lupus Nephritis (SLE). I am preparing to serve a mission in Morristown, New Jersey. I'd like to attend college and become a physicians assistant. Attending the temple is one of my all time favorite endeavors. I believe in miracles.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints gives me an assurance of hope. I continually feel a sense of happiness that is unparalleled in comparison to the other aspects of my life. This Church encourages me to be my best self everywhere I go. I am a Mormon because the gospel gives me a unique satisfaction and feeling of peace that is unattainable anywhere else in the world.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to endure throughout the trials and hardships of this life. I stick with the basics-Prayer, Scripture Study, and attending Church. As I build my testimony on the "rock of our Redeemer, which is Christ, the Son of God," (Helaman 5:12) I have learned that no other foundation will keep me upright throughout the storms of life.
