Hi I'm Matthew

I am an eagle scout. I am a student at BYU-Idaho. I'm serving as a missionary in the Argentina Neuquen Mission. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! My name is Matthew. I am a family man, BYU's #1 fan, and a huge sports fanatic. Being the youngest of 6 kids has really strengthened my love and appreciation for families. If you were to ask me where's my favorite place to be, I would say wherever my family is. Also, I bleed cougar blue. Anything BYU related I follow, watch, or support. Lastly my passion for sports is strong in my life. Whether I'm playing or watching I'm doing it.

Why I am a Mormon

I belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I know I am a child of a loving heavenly father, who knows me personally and perfectly. Everything I have and that I am is because of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know my Savior lives and through His Atoning sacrifice we can be redeemed and live with our families forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in the community, and by serving as a full-time missionary. When I was trying to receive my Eagle scout award the first thing that came to my mind is "how can I help my community?" This resulted in me having a diaper drive and collecting 13,013 diapers in total to help under privileged families. My choice to serve as a missionary for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has easily been the best decision of my life. I want others to feel of the joy and peace this gospel brings.
