Hi I'm Brooke

I grew up playing soccer. I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love the outdoors! Hiking, hunting, camping and snowmobiling are a few of my favorite things to do in the outdoors. I played 15 years of soccer and ended up lettering in soccer during high school. I love listening to all types of music! A career in the medical field is in my sights. I have already started that path by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because their is so much joy and truth within the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are truly set apart from the world with the high standards that we uphold to keep us out of harms way. The knowledge of knowing that I am truly a daughter of God and that I can be in His presence again gives me loads of joy. I'm grateful to have the knowledge that I can make it back to our loving Heavenly Father through the Atonement of Jesus Christ, who suffered all things, so we can repent and be worthy to make it to our heavenly home again. I know that we have a living prophet on this Earth who communes with God. I know that the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ is true and that it goes hand-in-hand with the New and Old Testament. Because I have the knowledge that the Book of Mormon is true, I also have that same knowledge that Joseph Smith truly saw Heavenly Father and His Only Begotten Son, even Jesus Christ. Through the help of Joseph Smith, our Heavenly Father was able to restore His church upon the Earth after having taken it away for a long period of time known as the Great Dispensation. Because this glorious gospel was restored, I know that after we die, it is not the end. We have the opportunity to be with our loved ones again which brings so much joy into my life. These are a few of the reasons why I have chosen to be apart of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I have enjoyed being with my peers in church. I have often helped plan activities to do as a youth and to plan camping trips to grow closer to each other. I received my Young Women Medallion by completing the Personal Progress Program set up to help young woman reach their full potential as daughters of God.
