Hi I'm Elder Heppler

I have grown up in Montana. I love being in the outdoors!

About Me

I am a hard outdoor worker. I really enjoy doing outdoor things like hunting, fishing, dirt bike and snowmobile riding, and going on horse back rides. I am an Eagle Scout since the age of 16. I am the oldest of 3 children. I have enjoyed working along side my father my whole life at different occupations. I started hunting with my father at the age of four by using a bb gun. Last year I got a Big Horn Sheep with my bow. I have lived in a lot of different small towns, but have always grown up on a ranch. There were only nine other kids in my high school graduation class. I am now going to serve a mission in Canada. After my mission, I plan to own and operate a business in the Rocky Mountains.

Why I am a Mormon

Being a Mormon and going to church always puts a smile on my face. With hard work and the Lord's help you can do anything. Being a Mormon has always helped me with making friends in church and in the community. I am now going to go out and serve the Lord for two years on a full time basis. The opportunity to serve my Father in Heaven is a huge blessing to me because it is something that I have always planned and wanted to do in my life.

How I live my faith

In the places I have lived and the wards and branches I have been in, I always help out in service. When someone needs help moving I am always there with a smile on my face and a trailer on my truck to help out. The same goes for cutting firewood and plowing snow. I have always lived where we would get five to six feet of snow each winter, so it was a big deal and it felt good to help out the people in my community who needed help.
