Hi I'm Justin Luke

I grew up in Heber City, Utah. I am currently a missionary serving in the Mexico Monterrey West Mission.

About Me

I am out in the field right now. After I return from my mission I plan to go to college and get a degree, I just don't know what I'm going to major in, but "you've got time!" I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am not the most outgoing person, but I can't stand being bored, so I often end up coming up with activities. I love watching and playing sports! My favorite sport to play is probably frisbee. I don't care for running much!

Why I am a Mormon

I know that Christ is my personal Savior. I know that he has suffered every hardship, ailment, and misery that I have ever been through. I have gratitude for Him, and want to share the peace that I feel with others. What greater joy can we have, then to seek the same thing that our God, our Father in Heaven, desires for us: "To bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man."

How I live my faith

I have not always been the most willing member of my family when it comes to going to church, or serving others, but after having been nudged along through my youth by loving family and ward members, I seek to fulfill callings that I have been given to the best of my ability. I hate feeling left out, and seeing others being left out is an even worse feeling than that! When I seek to share the Gospel, that is the best way I can include others, because the Gospel offers us true and eternal happiness! I try to keep the words of my favorite hymn in mind throughout the day: Have I done any good in the world today? Have I helped anyone in need? Have I cheered up the sad and made someone feel glad? If not, I have failed indeed.
