Hi I'm Taylor

I grew up in Washington state. I have two older brothers and a loving mother and father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have taken dance classes since I was three years old and was on my middle school and high school dance team. My senior year we even won nationals in the hip hop category. I also really enjoy photography and have worked for the scroll, which is BYUI's newspaper, as a photographer. I went to one year of college at BYUI and am now preparing to leave for my mission on September 14th.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up I mostly went to church because that was what my family did. It was routine to wake up and go to church every Sunday. But once I got older, and started to wonder for myself if the things I was being taught were true I realized how much this gospel meant to me. I then became excited for Sunday's, to have a day full of the spirit to think on my savior and everything he has done for me. The feeling I get when I walk into my church building is pure joy and happiness. Which is all our God wants for us, "Adam fell that men might be; and men are, that they might have joy." 2 Nephi 2:25

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday, although I do not currently have a calling I am preparing to become a full time missionary for 18 months. I leave for the Utah, Ogden mission on September 14th when I will leave my family and friends behind to go and serve the people of Ogden. It is a sacrifice, but a sacrifice I am willing to make to come closer to my Heavenly Father, and bring others to this gospel so they can live with their families for eternity.
