Hi I'm Mitchell Green

I grew up in West Jordan, Utah. I love to run and I plan on studying business in college. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Mitchell and I was born and raised in Utah. I enjoy running, hiking, and outdoor activities. As well as the occasional video game. Okay, more than occasional. I ran cross country and track in high school and I also love to play and watch basketball. I'm a huge nerd and I enjoy building computers, figuring out how things work, and smartphones. I also love cars. I grew up in a family of six. I am the oldest of four. I have two younger sisters and a younger brother. I am currently serving a mission in South Carolina.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this gospel. No matter what was going wrong in my life, this church and my relationship with Jesus Christ has kept me going. This church brings so much happiness into my life. It's undescribable. It has brought so much joy and peace and comfort into my life. I know that through prayer and reading the Book of Mormon, anyone can know this gospel is true and experience the same happy feeling that I do. I love sharing the gospel. there is not better feeling than helping others come close to Christ. I know this Church is true and that God loves each and every one of us. That is why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I was raised in the church and both my parents have been strong and active in the church. My lifestyle is based around my faith. I decided to devote two years to my faith by serving a mission. I try to live the standards of the gospel in my everyday life. I'm not perfect but I do my best to be an example to those around me. I don't smoke, drink, do drugs, or got to crazy parties even though I joke about it all the time. I have been a leader among the young men's group so I've had the opportunity to share what I know about the church with them. I have been in charge of organizing a few scout camps. We always try to make them fun and exciting, but still keep them gospel oriented.
